Our Story
In 1998, Gaby opened a small Mediterranean restaurant on Venice Boulevard in the heart of Palms, Los Angeles. The recipes were his mother's — Oum George — brought from Lebanon and refined over decades of family cooking.
More than 25 years later, those same recipes still drive everything we make. Every plate of kafta, every bowl of hummus, every shawarma wrap carries that original spirit: honest food, made with love, served like family.
